During your first visit to our website, all you need to do is select the Care Service you're interested in and fill in the Online Form. Within 48 hours of your request, our Advisor will visit you to discuss your needs. This meeting is the ideal time to clarify exactly what you require from us. The clearer your instructions during this initial visit, the quicker our Advisor will be able to recommend the appropriate Care Service and match you with the most suitable Caregiver for your needs. Following this visit, you will receive our offer. Once approved, we can schedule the delivery of Worryla Care Services. Currently, our Services are available in Athens and nearby suburbs, so that we can ensure consistent and high-quality service. We will soon be expanding the Worryla network to more areas in Greece.
After you had your first booking, you'll receive access to your personal client portal - making additional bookings quick and effortless. Simply log in, select your service, choose a date and we’ll take care of the rest!
We always recommend making your reservation for one of our Care Services as early as possible, in order to secure your preferred date. Once you accept our offer, your first booking will be confirmed within 7 days at the latest. For any future bookings, please allow at least 3 working days so we can organize everything properly. If you need a service sooner, don’t hesitate to let us know - we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Absolutely, the choice is yours. Just let us know the days and times that work best for you. We’ll schedule your visits according to your preferences and the availability of a qualified Caregiver.
Our services are available from Monday to Saturday, at the days and times agreed upon with your Worryla Advisor. Appointments can begin as early as 7:00 a.m. and finish as late as 10:00 p.m. With prior approval, services may also be scheduled on Sundays and/or during nighttime hours. Please note that these appointments are subject to a surcharge, as outlined our Pricing Policy. Our Caregivers come to your place to carry out the tasks listed in their pre-approved work plan. If you have any additional needs, please notify us at least 2 days in advance, so we can review and plan the extra hours accordingly.

As a Service provider committed to ensuring continuity, we will arrange a replacement whenever possible in case of absences (such as vacation or sick leave). The substitute will have the same level of expertise and be fully briefed on your household needs and Work Plan. Following internal consultations and by using the roadmap - a personalized guide outlining all your needs created during our first visit — the replacement Caregiver is equipped with all the essential information to provide seamless service continuity.
The Communication Logbook provided at the start of your contract is the perfect tool for staying in touch with our Caregiver. Both you and the Caregiver can use it to share important notes, updates, or helpful reminders. Or even a simple message of appreciation, like a “thank you” ! The logbook is designed to support clear, respectful, and ongoing communication.
Each Caregiver is carefully selected through a rigorous recruitment process. It begins with a review of submitted résumés, followed by an invitation for shortlisted candidates to attend an introductory session about our company, the roles we offer, and the qualities we expect. Candidates who are genuinely interested and motivated are then asked to complete a detailed application form. From there, we conduct background checks, in-depth interviews, and practical assessments. Selected candidates also undergo training to ensure they meet our high standards of safety, professionalism, and care quality.
Payment is processed before your service is completed. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online system.
